Shipping

Shipping is not meant to be a revenue source for our business, however it's a tough balance to estimate shipping against the live fedex and UPS estimating systems which use many factors in determining cost. Therefore, although we are usually close to cost, some items may have an extra 'set-up charge' which is to cover the over size, or some simply may not be close.

For this reason, we allow our customers to bill shipping to their Fedex accounts. Simply enter "FEDEX #" in the comments area of any one product on your order. Then select- BILL MY FEDEX ACCOUNT in the shipping options.

Our rates are based on weight. Rates are pulled live from Fedex (or other shipper if applicable). We add an additional $5.00 fuel surcharge since we are also billed for this. Rarely you may also see a 'set-up charge' that covers the cost of extra large items.

We reserve the right to substitute any shipper for the carrier you selected without a change in ship rate. For example, occasionally we may drop ship a hardware item direct from the manufacturer and they may not use the same shipping carrier we do. We'll still ship the same method, ie 2 day express or whatever, as you selected in your checkout.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
